1. Purpose
AI features assist teachers; they do not replace pedagogical decisions.
2. Provider
OpenRouter — zero data retention policy for prompts.
3. Data sent
Pupil identity is pseudonymized (STUDENT_A, …) before transmission.
4. Retention
EduRol does not store prompts at the vendor. AI grades stay pending until teacher approval.
5. Teacher approval
Any AI-suggested catalog grade requires explicit teacher approval.
